Day Fourteen of LOCKDOWN!

It's been two weeks and we're still finding lots of things to do at home...

Zachary did a sorting activity to work out which countries eat the most chocolate per person; Switzerland was the highest

Tahlia and Ptolemy had fun playing his Spiderman matching pairs game; he is very into superheroes at the moment

Someone hijacked Mummy's camera and took Zuma on an adventure

Making a papier mache pinata for Easter

They had good fun but found it a little sticky!

Playing a key worker role-play game (but sadly they're flouting the social distancing rules)

It was a lovely sunny afternoon so we decided to plant out our new additions

The soil was quite solid, so we went for the big spade
Digging a nice big hole; Ptolemy was disappointed that we didn't find any treasure!

Planting out some peas

We had a little run down the road and found some more rainbows

Keeping the garden well watered

It's nice to have so many flowers out in the garden at this time of year

It was Ptolemy's turn to pick a resurrection egg

This time, it was a little cup, to represent the cup that Jesus and his disciples drank wine from at their Passover meal; Jesus said the wine represented his blood which was shed for many when he was to be crucified the next day

Most of them have learnt the current memory verse; Zachary and Jory are particularly good at learning them
