Day Sixty Three of LOCKDOWN!

Bumble and Grandad have sent us lots of good books recently, from Peppa Pig and princesses to Vikings and Sumerians. We enjoyed reading some of them today.
This Peppa Pig holiday book contained a few interesting props...

All ready for their holidays (which they probably won't be having this year...)

Jory loves playing with the letters. See if you can spot the two hidden words he has made (9 letters each)

We spent most of today catching up with chores. Zachary was especially helpful.

We're thinking of getting a hose, so the trundle wheel came in handy for measuring how long it needs to be

Ptolemy loves helping out too

After spending lots of the day cleaning and tidying, we were pleased with how neat the house was looking and planned to head to the bike park. Then we suddenly realised it had gone quiet...

Whilst we were cleaning, the two youngest boys had been emptying out the contents of the drawers in the loft room and throwing it down the stairs, including the our entire Lego collection, books, clothes and party drawers. It took all of us almost an hour to put it all away.

Tahlia enjoyed her time alone with Daddy at the bike park (Zachary decided he didn't want to come).
