Day Eighty Eight of LOCKDOWN!

It was the last ever Fancy Dress Friday with Joe today -from now on, he'll only be doing Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays

As our car is in the garage, we walked to Morrisons to pick up some shopping (the buggy came in very useful!)

Later, we discovered the tablet had joined in

We did a Mystery Science lesson about volcanoes

We learnt that the shape of volcanoes and how violently they erupt is caused by the thickness of the lava underneath

Recording the results; thick lava creates a big explosion and forms a tall mountain peak, whereas thin lava is more gentle and forms a flat, wide peak

They finished the day with a Zoom chat with their Fab Kids club team and enjoyed doing a scavenger hunt.
